🔍 Role Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Female Support Workers to provide in-home and community-based care for NDIS and aged care clients. You will be assisting with personal care, social engagement, domestic tasks, and promoting well-being.
✅ Mandatory Requirements:

✅ Current Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability (or equivalent)

✅ Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)

✅ Current National Police Clearance

✅ First Aid Certificate

✅ CPR Certification

✅ Manual Handling / Humanization History Training

✅ Infection Control and Prevention Certificate

✅ Unrestricted SA Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
💡 Key Duties:

Personal care (showering, grooming, toileting)

Domestic tasks (laundry, meal prep, light cleaning)

Social support and transport to appointments

Following participant care plans and reporting notes

Promoting independence and community participation
